1. Eligibility for Return
You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

3. Return Conditions

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact.

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns for reasons other than wrong or defective products.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received back, your refund will be credited within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

In case of COD orders, we will refund via bank transfer after receiving your account details.
5. Exchange
If you prefer, we can also send a replacement product instead of a refund after verifying the issue. request must be made with in 48 hours.
Exchange/Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days
