At Cackle's, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a wrong product or a defective product, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Email us at cacklesindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 98762 98115 with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear images of the received product and packaging

3. Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact.

  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than wrong or defective products.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received back, your refund will be credited within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, we will refund via bank transfer after receiving your account details.

5. Exchange

If you prefer, we can also send a replacement product instead of a refund after verifying the issue. request must be made with in 48 hours.

Exchange/Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days
